Word Replacement to distinguish letter case/capitals

Approved — we’re tracking this to make sure capitalization-only word replacements like title-case phrases are accepted and covered.

Right now, if I try to add a word replacement for something like a book title so that it can be properly capitalised, I get the error "Original and replacement cannot be the same" There is a legitimate use case for having the same original and replacement phrase but with capitalisation added in the title. I might want the phrase 'of mice and men' to come out as 'Of Mice and Men' for instance. Right now, I can't add a replacement phrase because Paraspeech reads both as being the same.
