I would love to provide you with that information but I've been jumping around various models to find the right combination and having searched my history of 100 entries, there is not one instance of the offending phrase there, which I find shocking and unbelievable. I assume 100 entries is the limit and sometime before that I had switched to the model/rewrite combination that ended the behavior?
