previous recording ui (with timer) was better
i liked the previous ui while recording where we can see a timer, right now its just waves, we're losing informations.
would be nice for those ui changes to be settings instead in the future so we don't end up losing stuff by having auto-update on.

Hey, you can activate a timer in the settings. It will show up below the audio wave. I will bring back the notch recording UI again as an option in the future. But it's currently not implemented since Macs don't like apps putting stuff up there and it has been a reliability issue.
