Feature Request: Override for App-Specific Rewrite Modes

I'd love to see a settings option that lets me override app-specific rewrite modes while using hold-to-talk. Here's the use case: Some apps have a special rewrite mode — for example, an email client that automatically rewrites dictated text. Sometimes, though, I just want plain speech-to-text without any rewriting. My suggestion: While holding the function key for hold-to-talk, I could press an additional modifier key to temporarily switch to speech-to-text only — bypassing the app-specific rewrite mode for that dictation.
