"3 to 4" transcribes to "3 4"
My expectation is that it should transcribe to "3-4" or "3 to 4".

That's a tricky use case, I'm surprised you don't get 3 2 4!

I have a similar issue and additionally I can't speak times. So if I say seven thirty, I get 37. And if I turn off convert numbers, I don't get a time, I get the words like 'seven thirty' I would want to say seven thirty and get 7:30
